Available online or in person, this one-on-one planning session helps you prepare for the postpartum period with greater clarity and support. Choose a two-hour session or a more in-depth four-hour session.
We will work through the five pillars of postpartum healing:
Rest
Warmth
Nutrition
Appropriate bodywork
Community
Together, we will identify your recovery needs, build your support network, discuss expectations, and create a practical resource list for the weeks after birth. You may attend on your own or with your partner.
